Gym Mogul Support

On your device. You don't need an account. Deleting the app erases your gyms, Legacy and gems, and there is currently no cloud sync, so please don't delete the app if you want to keep your progress.

Gem packs are added to your balance the moment you buy them. In the game, Settings (the gear button) and the gem shop both have Restore purchases, which checks your App Store purchases. Gems are used up when spent, so the App Store can't give back gems that were already in your balance. If a purchase went through but the gems never arrived, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll help.

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Videos are always optional and only play when you tap to watch one. In the gem shop you can watch up to 6 a day for 20 gems each. After time away, the welcome-back screen offers a video that adds 50% to your offline earnings, up to 3 times a day.

In the game, open Settings and tap Ad privacy choices. You can also turn tracking off for any app in iPhone or iPad Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Videos still work either way.

Yes. Your gym keeps earning at half your steady rate for up to 2 hours while the game is closed. Legacy perks extend that to 4 and then 8 hours, and raise the rate to 70%. Rooms under construction keep building too.

In the game, open Settings. You can also change them in your device Settings. The game never sends more than 2 notifications a day, and none at night.

To start a fresh run but keep permanent bonuses, sell your empire for Legacy in Your gyms. To erase everything, open Settings and tap Reset game. Resetting can't be undone and doesn't refund gems you bought.
